Friends of Israel Disabled Veterans (FIDV), founded in 1987, assists more than 51,000 Israeli men and women who were wounded in the line of duty.
The Beit HaLochem centers in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Haifa, Beersheva, and the convalescent center in Nahariyah, provide rehabilitative, therapeutic, sports, and recreational activities which give Israel's disabled veterans the emotional support and physical rehabilitation they need to regain their self-confidence, and resume lives of purpose and dignity.
Donors to FIDV support these efforts.
