BUILD AFFINITY FOR YOUR HOSPITAL/FACILITY

  • Grateful patients (Make sure you are HIPAA compliant for all patient data)
  • Honor your doctor/nurse
  • Series of  “Meet the doctors” postcards highlighting your most prominent services
  • Postcards promoting mammograms to women ages 40+,  prostate exams to men 50+

 INSIGHT:  Voter Registration lists are low cost and provide great stats on voters—perfect for postcard campaigns

EMERGENCY ID MAILING promotes awareness about, and goodwill & support for your institution

  • Car window decal directing first responders to your hospital/ER
  • Wallet-size Medical Emergency Card for consumer-completed medical history,  and directive to your ER
  • Emergency phone numbers sticker or refrigerator magnet

INSIGHT:  Include these in discharge packets so patients take this info home for future use

WELCOME NEW MOVERS:  They need to find new doctors and hospitals and provide you with a new pool of prospects

  • Mail “welcome package” 4-6 times a year to introduce new movers to your hospital/ER
  • Welcome letter (personalization suggested)
  • Include decal or refrigerator magnet with your hospital’s physician referral service info
  • Provide brochure about the hospital’s services
  • Supply a postage-paid reply card soliciting information and offering a free back end mission-related premium
