Friends of Irgun Nechei Zahal (formerly Beit HaLochem USA / FIDV), proudly stands as the one official organization recognized and supervised by the Israeli government to serve all of Israel's wounded heroes — from every branch of Israel's security forces: the IDF, Mossad, Shin Bet, police, fire, and other defense services.

Founded in 1949 by the wounded, for the wounded, their mission encompasses not just the warriors themselves, but their entire families who face the journey of recovery alongside them. Through their nationwide network of four — soon to be five — cutting-edge rehabilitation centers across Israel, Friends of Irgun Nechei Zahal provides comprehensive, lifelong care that evolves with their members' changing needs throughout their entire lives.
